What is the minimum/maximum stay?
1 week minimum stay and there is no maximum stay. 1 month payable upfront unless moving in on an offer, then the terms and conditions of that offer apply. Thereafter, the customer will be invoiced on a month-on-month basis. 
1 week's notice to vacate required.
No contracts - unless stated by the offer when moving in.

Do you have trolleys to help with moving in/moving out?
Yes, we have trolleys and pallet trucks available free of charge for customers to use. We also have forklifts available which can be operated by our trained staff.

What security do you have?
We take the security of your goods and possessions extremely seriously. To protect them, we have a sophisticated alarm system and 24-hour CCTV surveillance that is also monitored offsite and linked to the local station. You are also the only one with access to your room, which is locked with a padlock owned by you.

What is the access availability to my unit?
Access to your unit is within the office opening hours and out of hours access with fob entry is available upon request. Please contact us for more details.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a range of discounts. If you are looking for long-term storage, get in contact with us to discuss your requirements and what we can offer you.

Do I need my own padlock?
Yes, you need your own padlock to ensure that you are the sole keyholder for your room and to ensure that your room is securely locked at all times. We stock a range of padlocks in store at reception.

How do I get my goods to you?
We have ample car parking and large loading/unloading areas for removal vans. We can recommend removal companies to help with your move.

What size units do you have?
We currently offer 8 different sizes of unit. For more information on units and prices, please refer to the size estimator.

What is included in the price - are there any hidden extras?
  • The prices we give you for storage units include VAT if you are a business looking for storage.
  • To book a storage unit is absolutely free and there is no obligation once done so to store with us. Customers have a choice as to whether they wish to put a deposit on a unit if they wish to secure it in case of limited availability.
  • You will need a padlock for you room to secure your goods.
  • We do not offer insurance policies but do recommend an insurance provider that specialises in self-storage insurance. It’s up to the customer to insure their goods whilst storing with us.
  • Customers who wish to have out of hours access are asked to pay a £20 deposit for the access fob which is refundable once handed back.

How do I pay for my storage?
Personal, business and vehicle storage - We invoice on a monthly basis, unless specified otherwise, which is payable in advance. However, we only ask for 1 week's notice when you vacate your room and we refund you any unused storage charges.

We ask customers to pay via bank transfer or standing order. Customers can also pay via card in store or over the phone. 

Do I need to insure my goods when storing?
We always take good care of our store and make every effort to protect items being stored with us. Unfortunately, there are some events which may damage your goods which are out of our control such as a fire or flood. It is therefore standard practice for self-storage companies to require their customers to adequately insure their goods for the duration of their stay. We do not offer insurance policies but do recommend an insurance provider that specialises in self-storage insurance.  http://www.insurastore.com/
